A lorry driver's been badly hurt after his lorry's overturned along the A428 at Caxton Gibbet.
Emergency services were called at 12.23 to the A428 between Wintringham Hall and Caxton Gibbet, near St Neots.
Fire and rescue crews from St Neots and Gamlingay have been helping police and paramedics, getting the driver safely out of the vehicle, which had come off the road and careered into the ditch.
An ambulance and emergency response paramedics have helped the driver, who is in his 40s/50s, out of his cab.
The East of England Ambulance Service say he's suffered multiple injuries, including a suspected fractured pelvis.
He's been taken to Addenbrooke's hospital.
Road users are advised that there are delays on the A428 in Cambridgeshire following an incident involving an overturned lorry.
The road is closed in both directions between the A1198 at Caxton Gibbet roundabout and B1428 near St Neots.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time for their journey and westbound traffic will be diverted via the A1198 towards Godmanchester, the A14 westbound towards Ellington, A1 southbound towards St Neots and then re-join the A428 and vice versa for eastbound traffic.
The carriageway will be fully re-opened as soon as it is safe to do so, but that is not expected to be until later this evening.
