Man Dragged Along Road By Car In Peterborough

Three men have now been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was dragged along the road by a car in Peterborough.

An argument took place just after midnight yesterday (24th April) on Lincoln Road, near to Barclays Bank.

The victim, a 25 year old man from the city, was speaking to people in a dark coloured vehicle when it drove off dragging him along the road.

He has been taken to Addenbrookes' where he remains in a serious condition.

Three men, aged 25, 27 and 29 and from Peterborough, have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.

The 27 and 29 year olds are also accused of robbery.

All men have been released on police bail until May 10.
