New figures from Public Health England have shown a greater proportion of children in Peterborough are severely obese than in the rest of Cambridgeshire.
New figures from the National Child Measurement Programme show 4.2% of 10 and 11 year-olds in England were in that group last year.
That rate rises in the most deprived areas.
In Peterborough the figure's higher than the national average at 4.3%
In the rest of Cambridgeshire it's much lower at just 2.7%
