Terms & Conditions: Win Tickets To The Devitt MCN Festival Of Motorcycling – May 2019

RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to 'Win Tickets To The Devitt MCN Festival Of Motorcycling' radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on 14/05/2019 on Heart Cambridgeshire (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
   
   Send a text message with the word 'BIKE' to 82122 (the ‘Text Message Line’). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
   
   
2. Entrants need to identify the artist/band featured in the clip played on air.
3. One eligible Entrant with the correct answer will be selected at random and brought to air to be declared the winner.

Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be aged 18 or above and must live in the areas served by Heart Cambridgeshire (the county of Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Newmarket, Haverhill, Saffron Walden and parts of South Lincolnshire, including Stamford and Spalding and surrounding areas).
2. In order to participate further in the competition selected Entrants will be required to talk to Heart’s producers and presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected as above.
3. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

1. The prize is 10 tickets to the Devitt MCN Festival Of Motorcycling on either Saturday 18th or Sunday 19th May 2019 at the East of England Arena, plus £150 spending money, provided as a cheque within 28 days of winning. Prizes are strictly non-transferable.
2. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
