RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to 'The Pines Hotel Competition' (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 30th October 2019 to Wednesday 13th November 2019 on Heart Cambridgeshire (the “Radio Station”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk/, answer a question and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:01 on 30th October 2019 and close at 23:59 on 13th November 2019

4.    One winner will be picked at random from all eligible and correct entries received and contacted by Heart.

Eligibility:

5.    Entrants must be age 18 years old or over.

6.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

7.    One winner will win a two-night Bed and Breakfast stay in ‘The Purbeck Suite’ – a deluxe sea view ensuite room with private balcony at The Pines Hotel, Swanage, including a three-course dinner on the first night and one bottle of wine.

8.    The prize is available to be taken from 8th November 2019 to 23rd December 2019 and then 7th February 2020 until 27th February 2020 (excluding the 14th and 15th February).

9.  The stay is for two adults only and both guests must be age 18 or over.

10.  The winner must consent to participate in promotions within The Pines Hotel’s own website and social media pages regarding their stay.

11.  Full prize redemption and booking details will be discussed with the winner.

12.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
