Police have launched an appeal to find the driver of a Landrover in Redruth, who could have vital information about the death of a soldier in the town last month
Police want to locate the driver of a Landrover in Redruth as part of their investigation into the death of David Curnow in September.
Police are attempting to identify the driver of a dark Landrover Discovery (pictured) who drove through Chapel Street, Redruth, between 11.30pm on Saturday 19 September and 3am on Sunday 20 September.
It is possible that the driver may have dropped someone off at The Zone nightclub. It is also believed that the driver of the Landrover Discovery may be a witness and hold information relevant to the ongoing police investigation.
The Landrover Discovery that the police wish to locate is described as having a twin sun roof, side running steps, a tow bar and the spare tyre cover missing - it could be a MK2 model.
Please can the driver contact Devon and Cornwall Police on 101 and ask to speak with the Camborne Major Crime Investigation Team, or quote police crime reference CR/65599/15.
Connor Hammond, 21, of Trenoweth Estate, North Country, Redruth, and Liam Laing, 21, of Brookside, Chacewater, Truro, have been charged with murder in connection with the death of 20 year old David Curnow and both remain in custody awaiting trial.
