Four cars were criminally damaged in the Charminster and Winton areas of Bournemouth.
Police in Bournemouth are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward.
It happened sometime between 12.30am and 8.30am on Monday, 18 April 2011. Tyres were punctured on a total of four parked cars along Meyrick Park Crescent, Lonsdale Road, Bennett Road and Wimborne Road near the junction with St Lukes Road.
Police Constable Helen Douthwaite, of Bournemouth police, said:
“Criminal damage such as this can be very costly to repair and I am appealing for anyone who witnessed any of these incidents to come forward as soon as possible.
“I would also like to hear from anyone who noticed any suspicious or unusual activity in or around Meyrick Park Crescent, Lonsdale Road, Bennett Road or Wimborne Road during the early hours of Monday morning.
“All calls will be treated in the strictest of confidence.”
