Childcare Survey

An assessment of childcare is being carried out by Poole Borough Council to find out the views and experiences of parents and carers who use local services.

A survey is being posted to 3500 parents and carers who look after children aged 14 and under -  to find out which families require childcare and to ensure that sufficient childcare is available in the future.

It will be a chance for those parents and carers to comment on the childcare services that work well and which parts need to be improved. Poole Borough Council also want to know what other childcare services people think should be provided.

Parents and carers are being asked to fill-in the survey, even if they do not use any childcare services.

Responses to the 'Poole Childcare Survey' have to be returned to the Borough Council by Friday 16th July 2010.
