Police investigating an attempted knifepoint robbery in Bournemouth had to deploy a taser as they arrested a man.
Officers were called were called to the Turnbury Retail Park in West Howe at around 4.15pm on Tuesday May 21st.
A man had tried to drag a couple out of their car at knifepoint, before running off towards Turnbury Park Road.
Armed police and dog units searched the area and found a man hiding in the back garden of a house. Officers had to deploy a taser while they were arresting him.
They say although the couple were shaken, they weren't hurt.
The man is still being questioned.
