Man's Ear Severed In Poole Attack

Police are looking for three men who badly beat a man in Poole.
The attack happened at around 8am on Monday 23 March in the Branksome area.
The victim, a 28-year-old local man, was walking along Princess Road when he was attacked by three men.
The offenders knocked the victim out by hitting him. When he came round, the victim realised he had a severed ear, black eye and cut and bruised lip. He was taken to Poole Hospital for treatment.
The three male offenders are thought to be around 19 years of age. One was wearing a hooded top and another was wearing a grey woolly hat.
Detective Constable James Lees, of Bournemouth and Poole CID, said:
"I would like to hear from anybody who was present on Princess Road around the time of the incident who may have seen something that will help with our enquiries.
"I am particularly keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the assault or three young men fitting the description of the suspects in the Branksome area."
"I would also urge anyone else with information, relevant to this incident, to contact Dorset Police in strict confidence."
