Elephants Receive 20 Tonnes Of Snow

The elephants at ZSL Whipsnade Zoo have been given an unusual present from the Snow Centre.
The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead have donated 20 tonnes of snow to help the elephants cool down in the hot weather.
Its part of there Beat The Heat summer Campaign.
Assistant curator of elephants, Lee Sambrook, said:
“We’re always looking for new ways to keep our elephants cool in this heat, and the youngsters especially love having new things to investigate"
