A former Vauxhall employee has been celebrating his 100th birthday today by being driven around in a car which is just as old as he is.

Workers at the plant in Luton treated Tom Davies with the trip on board the Prince Henry, which was built in 1911.

He was taken to the Museum at Wardown Park in Luton, where he was joined by his two children, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Tom, along with his son, worked at Vauxhall for 33 years.
