Olympic Athlete Abi Oyepitan has been to Ridgmont Lower School to talk to pupils about getting involved in sport.
Abi is an Olympic 100 and 200 meter sprinter and a Commonwealth Gold Medalist.
In 2004 Abi was ranked seventh in the world but then picked up a serious injury that kept her out of sport for six years.
Today she shared her experience with the 32 pupils at the village school and gave them some advice about getting into sport
As well as this, Abi and Jonny from Sports 4 All got the children to have a go at some basic training exercises.
Heart went along to take photos- they can be seen in the gallery below.
