Woman Injured After Hit By Car

Police officers investigating a serious road traffic collision which happened in Luton on Wednesday (March 16th) are asking the public for help.
The collision happened at approximately 7.20pm on Stockingstone Road when the driver of a black Audi A3 got out of her car in stationary traffic, and was in collision with a VW Polo travelling up the road in the opposite direction.
The woman sustained broken bones on her lower right leg along with other minor cuts and bruises.
It is believed that a silver BMW was also possibly involved in the incident and the investigating officer, PC Ryan Coomber, of the Road Policing Unit, is keen to trace anyone who saw the collision or anyone who witnessed any incident in the town involving a black Audi A3 and a silver BMW just prior to the time of this collision.
