The trio, all in their late teens, died at the scene after the black Ford Ka crashed at around 11.50pm on Wednesday night.
Norfolk Police said. It happened near the village of Pulham Market, about 17 miles (27km) south of Norwich.
The car they were in came off the Tivetshall road and crashed into trees.
They have been named locally as Kyle Warren, Dominic O'Neill and Billy Hines, and a memorial and book of condolences has been set up in St John the Baptist Church in Harleston, around five miles from Pulham Market.
The road is closed whilst investigation work continues.
