Ipswich: Man Seriously Injured Near Buttermarker

A man is in a critical condition in hospital after falling from a property in Ipswich Town Centre.
Police were called at approximately 4.45am from a key holder at premises in the Buttermarket stating that a man had been found at the rear of the property with serious injuries.
The key holder had been called to the business premises following an alarm activation. He found that the premises were insecure and discovered a man on the ground outside with head injuries.
The man, who is believed to be in his 40s was taken to Ipswich Hospital by ambulance where he is described as being in a critical condition, having sustained life threatening injuries.
The premises have been secured whilst police carry out an investigation into the full circumstances of the incident.
