A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after a crash on the A11.
Five people were injured when the blue Rover left the carriageway and ended up on its side in a field at Red Lodge.
It happened around 6.30am on Sunday (April 26th).
The five occupants of the vehicle all received injuries and were taken to hospital by ambulance. None of the injuries are serious or life-threatening.
A 23-year-old man is being questioned on suspicion of drink driving.
One lane of the southbound carriageway was closed for more than 3 hours while emergency services dealt with the incident.
Officers are appealing for information in relation to this incident and would particularly like to hear from anyone who saw the Rover driving along the A11 before it left the road.
Witnesses should contact PC Ian Jepp at the Bury St Edmunds Roads Policing Unit by ringing 101.
