Man stabbed to death in Norwich

A man in his 40s has been stabbed to death in a car park in Norwich.
Police were called to the Rose Lane car park just after midnight.
The victim was taken to hospital but couldn't be saved.
A man, aged in his 20s, has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
