Nacton: Hundreds Of Knives Stolen

Up to 1,000 kitchen knives have been stolen from the back of a lorry near Ipswich.
The vehicle was parked in a layby on the A14 westbound carriageway, opposite the Orwell Truck Stop on Tuesday 30 September when it was broken in to between 4am and 5am.
237 cartons containing sets of 2, 3 or 5 kitchen knives with a value of almost £7,000 were stolen from within.
Police are releasing images of the knives and asking anyone who knows of their whereabouts or who has been offered them for sale to call them.
They are also keen to hear from anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area between the stated times.
