Mr Quinn's family have released a tribute to him:
"Rob was a kindhearted young man who was loved by everyone who knew him. He was taken from us far too young and under tragic circumstances. He had a very promising future ahead of him and he has made us immensely proud.
"We are very touched by all the messages and flowers everyone has contributed in memory of Rob. He has touched the lives of so many through his selflessness and generosity. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten."
