Woman Sexually Assaulted In Hadleigh

A woman has been sexually assaulted by a man in an alleyway in Hadleigh.

A paramedic was approached by a member of the public at around 8.30pm on New Year's Eve. He had found the woman in distress in an alleyway behind Pykenham way.

The woman said she had been sexually assaulted. She did not need hospital treatment however she received support from specialist trained police officers.

Police need to trace anyone who may have seen what happened and would like to speak to the man who spoke to the paramedic.  He is described as being white, aged 35-45 years old, and with a group of three women.
