Three people have been arrested after £100,000 of suspected stolen property was found at an address near Wickford.
Police searched a property on Meadow Lane in Runwell on Monday (8 February).
Essex Police said: "A car, trailer, horse box, several motorbikes and quadbikes, a ride-on lawn mower and a shotgun were found.
"Twenty-two cannabis plants were also seized.
"A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, cannabis production, burglary, theft, and possession of firearms offences.
"A 28-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, cannabis production, burglary, abstracting electricity and possession of firearms offences.
"A 51-year-old man was arrested on suspicion cannabis cultivation and abstracting electricity.
"All three, who are from Runwell, were released on bail until May 10 pending further enquiries".
