Arrest After Buckhurst Hill Sex Assault

A man has been arrested and bailed on suspicion of sexual assault by touching after a woman was grabbed in Buckhurst Hill.
She was walking on Palmerstone Road at around 8 on Monday morning when she was assualted by a man.

A 37-year-old man from Haringey, London was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault by touching in connection with the incident in Palmerstone Road at around 7.50am on Monday January 26. He was later released on police bail until Friday March 6, pending further enquiries.
It is believed that there was at least one witness to this incident and Officers are urging them to come forward to help with this investigation.
