Boy In Court Over Death Of Polish Man In Harlow

A 15-year-old boy's appeared in court charged with the manslaughter of a Polish man in Essex.
Arkadiusz Jozwik was punched outside a row of shops in Harlow in August last year, and died in hospital two days later.
Initial reports suggested it was a possible hate crime, but it's understood prosecutors aren't treating it as such.

The 15-year-old boy, from Harlow, who cannot be named for legal reasons, spoke only to confirm his name, date of birth and address in a brief hearing at Chelmsford Youth Court on Friday.
He was bailed to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on Monday (9th January).
