Chelmsford: Efit Issued Following Burglary

Essex Police have released an efit of a man after a house was burgled in Chelmsford.

Just before 1pm on Monday, December 12, 2011, the residents of a property in Baddow Road returned home and disturbed a burglar who then made off towards the town centre.

The offender stole electrical equipment, including two laptop computers and a digital camera, cash and documents, with an Essex Policeestimated total value of around £870.

He forced entry by smashing a back door with a concrete block, causing about £800 damage.

Anyone who can identify the man or who has any other information that could help police with their investigation should call officers in Chelmsford on 101 where the investigating officer is Pc Garry Spinks.
