Five teens, who had been arrested and bailed over the murder of a Polish man in Harlow, have been released from police bail with no further action.
Six people aged 15 - 16, had been arrested on suspicion of murder after Arek Jozwik (pictured) was killed in The Stow at the end of August, in what police said could have been a hate crime.
They've been released today due to insufficient evidence.
One 15 year old from Harlow remains on police bail until tomorrow.
