Grays: Have You Seen This Man?

An efit has been released as Essex Police continue to look for a man who made inappropriate remarks to a woman in a wheelchair in Grays.

It happened in an alleyway along London Road, near the Ship pub, at 11.30am on Sunday 12 May.

The man is described as black, about 5ft 10ins tall, of medium build, aged 30-35 years old, and wore a dark coloured t-shirt, black hooded top and grey trousers.
