Man Charged Following Stabbing In Marks Tey

A man has been arrested and charged in connection with the stabbing of a man in Marks Tey.

The 40-year-old victim suffered multiple injuries after being attacked in Mandeville Road on Wednesday, October 31. He remains in hospital undergoing treatment.

Donald Adu, 24, of Howard Road in Stoke Newington, London, was arrested on Saturday, November 3 and charged yesterday, Monday, November 5 with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.


A 15-year-old boy from Colchester has also been arrested today on suspicion of attempted murder and possession of drugs with intent to supply. He is currently in custody for questioning.

And a 20-year-old woman from Islington was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of attempted murder and has been released under investigation.
