Essex Big Weekend 2019

Heart is getting involved in Visit Essex’s third Big Weekend! It's the chance for hundreds of people living across Essex to visit some of the county’s finest tourist attractions for FREE! 

Organised by Visit Essex the Essex Big Weekend is designed to encourage us to rediscover the amazing things to see and do in our home county - and to spread the word about them. 

Attractions across the county have donated FREE TICKETS or experiences to use on Saturday April 6th and Sunday April 7th 2019, and if you live in Essex you can bid for available tickets to as many attractions as you like from now until Sunday March 17th by clicking the link below... Two tickets per household will then be allocated by ballot to lucky winners (some family tickets will also be available).

Essex Big Weekend

Tickets for the fun-filled weekend include free entry, tours, high-adrenaline experiences and family days out. There are over 60 experiences on offer, including Audley End House & Gardens, RHS Garden Hyde Hall, Topsail Charters, Rope Runners, Lee Valley White Water Centre, Adventure Island and the Beach huts at Maldon to name a few.

PLUS, thanks to our friends at Visit Essex we also have your chance to win your own fantastic Essex Experience! You could win family tickets (2 adults, 2 children) to Colchester Zoo and Colchester Castle and we'll sort you out with an overnight at Wivenhoe House Hotel
