29. Jimmy Choo
Jimmy Choo was started off by the eponymous Malaysian designer in a studio in the London's borough of Hackney. He was soon spotted by Tamara Mellon, who at the time was British Vogue's accessories editor. Mellon and Choo became business partners, until Choo sold his stake to Mellon. The Malaysian designer still creates shoes for the label and many of his designs were worn in the TV series and films 'Sex and The City' and are seen on the feet of the many celebrities
