They use an awarding-winning loft boarding system that is completely different to the most common type of loft boarding where the boards are fixed directly to the joists. This method can have problems with damp, airflow and isn’t suitable if you have insulation and wiring installed.

They supply and fit an award-winning raised loft boarding system that allows air flow, removing the risk of problems with damp or condensation.

Their unique product raises the flooring by 270mm so it does not compress your insulation to allow air to move freely. Compressing your insulation can reduce its effectiveness by 50% leading to damp that affects your NHBC warranty.

The products they use are the only raised flooring product that is BBA certified.
