At Northampton High School, the girls have the space to be seen and the voice to be heard. They are inspired to think and learn for themselves, and to enjoy and celebrate success, however they may define it. This is underpinned by the school's core values of always putting girls first and empowering them to trust in themselves. There is also a focus here on diversity and inclusivity, as represented by their Undivided programme and concepts of moral compass and social responsibility. Here, pupils are asked to set themselves high standards of decency and behaviour, not only in their interactions in school with fellow pupils, staff and guests, but also at home and online.
