Some 800+ fish have died in a reported pollution spill along the River Ouse.
The Environment Agency were called over the weekend to reports of pollution along some 15 miles between Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire.
The Environment Agency say they believe detergents are to blame; however there is nothing the Agency can do to clean it up.
Until the pollution self-dilutes, dog walkers and farmers are being told to keep their animals well clear until further notice all the way between Brackley and Milton Keynes.
