An 83 year old man has denied sexually abusing a schoolboy in Kempston in the 1970s.
Clive Pritchard, of Stockbridge Road, Chichester, denied two counts of buggery, two of indecency with a child and two of indecent assault on a male person aged under 16 when he appeared at Luton crown court.
The offences are alleged to have been committed when the boy was aged 14 and 15 between 1 March 1974 and 28 February 1976.
Judge Richard Foster bailed Pritchard for a trial to start on 12 October.
