Arsonists have targeted the home of a disabled man in Biggleswade.
Offenders poured flammable liquid through the letterbox of a home in Holme Close shortly after midnight on Sunday (29 March).
They then tried to ignite it, however were not able to.
The victim spotted the liquid and called police.
Detective Constable Claire Case said: "This could have been a lot more serious and has left the victim shaken up.
"I would urge anyone with any information to call police."
