Bedfordshire Police have told police they're not treating a death at Yarls Wood immigration centre as suspicious.
A Beds Police spokesperson said: "We were called at approximately 10.30am yesterday (Monday) to reports of the death of a man in his 30s at Yarl's Wood Detention Centre.
"Officers attended and the death is not being treated as suspicious.
"A file will be prepared in due course and handed to the coroner."
A Home Office spokesman added: "Sadly a male resident at Yarl's Wood Immigration Removal Centre died yesterday morning. Our thoughts are with his family."
