Fifth Person Arrested Over David Miller Murder

Northants Police say a fifth person has been arrested today on suspicion of the murder of David Miller.

The woman, 39, and of no fixed abode, was arrested this afternoon in Northampton.

She is being held in police custody for questioning. The body of David Miller was found at his flat in Patterdale Walk early on Tuesday morning.


Earlier today:

Four people have appeared at Northampton Crown Court charged with the murder of Boothville man, 56 year-old David Miller.

David's body was found at an address in Patterdale Walk, early on Tuesday morning (14th June).

Joseph Catlin, 30, Ian Cuthbertson, 49, Michael Hallett, 37, and Zena Kane, 35, all of no fixed address, appeared via video link.

No applications for bail were made and we've heard the next hearing was set for 5th September 2016.

A 19 year-old man and a 27 year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender remain on police bail.
