Head Office staff at Homebase in Milton Keynes say they're working hard NOT to be Britain's WORST online shop.
Homebase.co.uk has been named the lowest rated online retailer for customer satisfaction in 2018 - according to the Which? consumer watchdogs.
With a customer score of 55%, shoppers criticised its product range, product quality and value for money.
The most highly rated shops were smaller, specialised retailers such as LizEarle.com (94%), RicherSounds.com ( 93%), Rohan.co.uk (93%), SeasaltCornwall.co.uk (93%) and WexPhotoVideo.com (93%)
A Homebase spokesperson said:
"Customer feedback is really important to us, and we are working hard to make changes online to provide great service when customers shop with us."
