A Luton man's been charged with kidnap and burglary after a man was forced to drive to cash points.
It's alleged that last weekend - Saturday 14 March - a man in his 80s was forced to drive to cashpoints at Luton Parkway and George Street in a failed attempt to obtain money.
Bedfordshire Police arrested Leslie Deroses of Dunstable Road yesterday.
After appearing at Luton Magistrates, he's been charged with two counts of burglary, one count of kidnap, and one count of refusing to provide a sample for a drugs test.
The 51 year-old has now been remanded in custody.
