A Derbyshire man has made his first appearance before a Crown Court judge, accused of the murder of Dunstable man Adam Fanelli.
Addy McAllister, 33, of Charlesworth Street, Bolsover, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, is accused of murdering Mr Fanelli, aged 31, who died from a head injury at the Nash Park travellers site in Winslow Road, Nash (near MK), on 17 March.
He appeared over a video link from Woodhill prison at Luton Crown Court on Friday.
The murder charge was not put to him, but the court set a timetable for the case.
McAllister was told he would next appear at court for a plea hearing on June 26th. Ten days have been set aside for the murder trial starting on Sept 1st this year at Luton Crown Court.
The defendant was remanded in custody and there was no application for bail.
