Newport Pagnell attempted murder

A man's been charged with attempted murder after two pensioners were assaulted in Newport Pagnell.
Officers were called to Chicheley Street on Sunday lunchtime and found a 79 year old woman and 86 year old man with serious injuries.
46 year old Gary Karl Robinson, from Chicheley Street's been charged with two counts of attempted murder, one count of racially aggravated public order and a count of assault of an emergency worker.
Thames Valley Police has made a mandatory referral to the IOPC in relation to the incident, due to previous police contact.
