A singing and dancing bear, outside a café in Shefford in under an official investigation for being... a noise nuisance.
Connor Fardon's family own the Loft Café where Bernard The Bear - a six foot tall polar bear stands outside - serenading anyone who walks by.
However, someone, has put a complaint in.
Connor says he can't believe it: "We don't really know what to think. It's such a harmless bear, we put it out for the kids and it's part of our Christmas decorations.
To hear someone's been complaining about that, makes you wonder, where's the Christmas spirit gone?"
Central Bedfordshire Council say they CAN bear the singing and have deemed him not to be a nuisance.
