Teens Rob Woman With Baby In Houghton Regis

A woman's been attacked and robbed by three teenagers as she walked through a park with her baby in Houghton Regis.

She was walking along a footpath in Houghton Hall Park, near to Cemetery Road, when it happened at around 10.45am last Friday morning (8 May).

She was approached by three teenage boys who punched her several times and pushed her to the pavement. They then stole her bag which had a large amount of cash in.

Detective Constable Dave Elias said: "This was a horrific attack on a woman and her child, which has left the woman understandably shocked and upset, as well as with painful facial injuries.

"We are urging anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has any information that could help us find those responsible for this vile crime, to contact us immediately."

The boys were all on bikes when it happened and were wearing tracksuits and hooded tops.
