Woman Charged With Neglect After Beds' Toddler Death

Beds Police have charged a woman with neglect in connection with the unexplained death of a 19-month-old girl.

Nikki Gooch, 28, from Maulden, was charged today (30 April) and will appear at Luton Magistrates' Court this morning.

Enquiries are on-going.

19 month old Autumn Gooch was found dead on Saturday 11th April in Bedfordshire.

Detectives from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit are investigating her unexplained death.

The post mortem examination, which took place last Wednesday (15 April), was inconclusive and investigations are on-going.
