Staff from across Global radio stations plus local champions from the charities we're supporting are aiming to cycle from Land's End to John O Groats today on static bikes on the roof of our Leicester Square offices!
Bike Some Noise volunteer Ally Acaster is interviewed by Heart's Jenni Falconer - who will also be hopping on a bike today!
Warren was joined in the studio by rugby legend and Masterchef, Phil Vickery! Phil is involved with the Pied Piper appeal one of the local charities we are supporting.
And we threw eggs at Phil, all in the name of charity! Well he should be able to catch and deal with an egg or two!
Skyla and Ralf from the Family Haven and Dylan from Helen Douglas House took over the mics on the Breakfast show and made some noise!

We were at Longleat on Saturday 4th October making some noise with all the animals and Heart listeners from acorss the West country and thanks to their help raising a whopping £5,036!
Stroud Auction Rooms created our first LIVE ad on air here in the studios and made a £500 donation to MAKE SOME NOISE!
And Stroud Auctions decided to make some noise for themselves!
The organisers of the Mop Festival which is on tonight and Friday evening joined Warren in the studio and pledged £150! Find out more about the festival via the link below.
Drivetime Presenter Tom Campbell upping his potassium levels for his leg of Bike Some Noise in Leicester Square. Don't worry he'll be back in Gloucestershire in time for his show at 4pm!
Tom is pleased to have finished his stint on the bike's in Leicester Square, now he just has to get back to Gloucestershire!

All the characters at the The Times & The Sunday Times Cheltenham Literature Festival are getting involved and have pledged £250. The festival is on all this week until Sunday!
The Roses Theatre in Tewkesbury pledged £500 and invited Tom on stage on Friday 5th December to MAKE SOME NOISE the panto Beauty & the Beast (Which one is Tom?)
The staff at Manor By The Lake in Cheltenham have been MAKING SOME NOISE dressed as Pilots and Air Stewards in preparation for their Christmas in New York Themed parties. They've pledged £750 - so a BIG New York, New York style thanks!
Gloucester's Bridge Training donated £250 for the 'pleasure' of waxing Tom's legs and boy did he MAKE SOME NOISE!
The staff at Santander in Cheltenham dressed loud and raised £101, which was matched by the company - so that's £202 to help sick and disadvantaged kids!
