Motorcyclist Seriously Hurt In Crash

A motorycyclist is in a serious condition in hospital after a crash in Stroud last night.

His Yamaha bike and a Citroen Berlingo collided near the Fostons Ash Inn at The Camp at around 8pm.

 

The 30-year-old was flown to Southmead Hospital in Bristol by air ambulance, where he remains in a serious but stable condition.

 

The driver of the van, a 55-year-old woman, wasn't hurt.

 

Anyone who saw the crash but hasn't spoken to the police yet, is being asked to call them on 101 and quote incident number 265 of 2nd October.
