RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to Heart Starbucks Drive Through Cheltenham radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Saturday 8^thSeptember (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart West Country – Gloucestershire
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the answer to a question as stated on air to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”) when prompted by the presenter. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

4.One entrant will be selected from all correct entries and brought to air. The winner will be clearly announced by the presenter on air.

Eligibility:

5. Entrants must be 18 or over

6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

7. 1 x £150 Starbucks card

8. The Starbucks card can not be exchanged for cash value, nor can it be redeemed at any other Starbucks in the UK. Voucher expires Sept 2019.

9. Voucher expires Sept 2019.

10. Winners must adhere to the gift card terms and conditions

11. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

12. The text message will redeem you one free tall standard hot beverage of your choice. Please note any extras such as syrups, extra shots or whipped cream etc will be charged at our rate of 50p. You can not use this voucher at any other Starbucks other than our Starbucks Drive Thru, Rutherford Way, Cheltenham, GL51 9TU. This offer expires at 22:30 on Saturday 8th September, and cannot be redeemed at any time after that.
