Police found 104 cannabis plants, worth £5,000, at a house in St Albans.
They raided the address in Richard Stagg Close in connection with a series of criminal damages offences to cars and found the drugs.
A 46-year-old man from St Albans has been arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and 17 criminal damage offences on cars in Drakes Drive and Russett Drive between Friday April 15 and Saturday April 16, 2011.
The man is due to answer bail on June 30, 2011.
