It's reported a builder has been airlifted to hospital after part of Watford FC's new stand collapsed.
Work had been taking place when scaffolding came down in the North East Corner of the stadium.
The workman was taken to a London hospital by air ambulance.
Brandon Evans Keady was on Vicarage Road as the emergency services arrived.
He told Heart: I was on my way home from work and there were lots of police cars and fire engines heading towards Vicarage Road so I went down to have a look.
"I spoke to a convenience store owner who said he had heard a loud bang but he wasn't sure what it was.
"Vicarage Road had beer closed off.
"About 15 minutes later an air ambulance arrived and landed on Watford football ground football pitch then about 4 minutes later it took off again."
