"These incidents have all occurred during daylight and so it possible someone may have seen something that could assist my investigation. I would like to hear from anyone who remembers seeing someone loitering near a vehicle or paying particular attention to one. Any information you can offer, however insignificant it may seem, could assist me greatly."

Anyone with any information in relation to these incidents is asked to contact PC Chalkley via Hertfordshire Constabulary's non-emergency number 101, quoting the relevant crime number above. Alternatively people can call Crimestoppers, the independent charity, anonymously on 0800 555 111.
